Having worked in the field since 2013, Daniel has built a name for himself as a reputable off-market broker closing over 25 deals throughout NYC. Daniel specializes in all asset classes with a keen eye for value-add potential either through below market rents, un-used air rights, and conversion opportunities. Daniel has sold properties including mixed-use and retail development opportunities, multi-family and mixed-use buildings to commercial assets with retail components. Daniel holds a Bachelors of Business from Baruch College with a major in Real Estate Development.
